Krauss plays Central Park for National Parks
Performers Alison Krauss, Gavin DeGraw, Counting Crows, Carole King and Augustana held a concert last week in Central Park in honor of Ken Burns’ latest documentary The National Parks: America’s Best Idea.
The documentary, which is spread over six episodes, has taken six years to film. It features parks from Acadia to Yosemite, Yellowstone to the Grand Canyon, and the Everglades of Florida to the Gates of the Arctic in Alaska.
If you missed the concert, you can still see the series tomorrow, Sept. 27, on PBS.
